The website www.appartement-rehlein.at offers the opportunity to make a non-binding booking request to the accommodation provider or to book directly online. By requesting or booking you agree to the general terms and conditions as well as the cancellation policy and the house rules. The Austrian hotel contract conditions or the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH Austria) apply:

Cancellation conditions

- up to 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fee
- from 30 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
- from 7 days before arrival: 90% of the total price

We recommend travel insurance www.europaeische.at . Please also ask your credit card company whether travel insurance is included.

 

Prices and booking

All prices are per night and per residential unit including statutory taxes and duties. Final cleaning is charged once per stay. Local tax (from 15 years) applies per night and person. Prices are regularly checked and updated to the best of our knowledge and belief. There is no legal claim in the event of incorrect price information on the website.

The respective seasons change every year. We recommend making an inquiry to find out the season times and associated prices. We will create a suitable offer for you. You have the opportunity to make a non-binding booking request. You will then receive information about availability and an offer. A binding booking is made after a written or verbal confirmation.

 

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in on the day of arrival from 2:00 p.m. at the earliest. Check-out on the day of departure by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

 

Parties & Events

Parties and loud events are not permitted in the apartment house. We ask for your understanding that we are accommodation for families and those seeking relaxation.

 

Pets

No pets are allowed in our apartments.

 

Smoke

Smoking is prohibited in all rooms in the apartment house. Our guests enjoy cigarettes on the terrace.
